The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games rowing regatta starts Friday, 23 July 2021 at the Sea Forest Waterway in Tokyo, Japan. It will certainly be one of the most anticipated Olympic rowing regattas ever with some of these athletes not having raced internationally for two years. Here’s how to follow the event.

Rowing starts at 8:30am every day in Tokyo from 23 to 30 July (except 25 and 26 July at 9:00am). That’s:

– 5 :00pm in Vancouver Canada (previous day)
– 8:00pm in New York, USA (previous day)
– 1:00am in London, Great Britain
– 2 :00am in Paris, France
– 2:00am in Johannesburg, South Africa
– 5:00am in New Delhi, India
– 11:00am in Wellington, New Zealand
