Having done numerous sea-trials, the crew of ‘Sara G’ is eagerly anticipating our East-West Atlantic crossing in January 2010.

This endeavour will require hard work, persistence and a strong mind above all else. Distance and time will be our masters - the task will require each rower to man the oars for two hours followed by two hours of rest, in a shift cycle that will last approx. 45 days. With such a shift pattern, our boat Sara G will never stop moving as we surge westward toward the Americas.
